Hi, my name is Daniel Christian. I’m a songwriter from Nebraska. I play concerts pretty much anywhere, and I’d love to play for you, too. My favorite venues attract attentive audiences, creating a nice atmosphere for sharing songs and stories, although I have performed in some unusual settings, including Whole Foods, Bass Pro Shop, and The Gap. Sometimes I’m asked to provide familiar cover tunes as background music.

I’ve been fortunate to play a wide variety of genres, from rock to country to children’s music. Once, I played for a crowd of over 100,000 people. I have played for empty rooms many times. Most audiences are somewhere in between.
 

For a few years, I was a high school English teacher. I’ve recorded several albums in Nebraska and Nashville. I don’t have many famous friends, but some of my friends do.

 

The most notable credits on my professional bio are thanks to the kindness and generosity of others, and I am routinely amazed and delighted that people keep listening to my songs. Thank you for this privilege.
